Kofta is a Middle Eastern dish made from minced lamb, beef, chicken, or pork mixed with onions, garlic and spices. This meat mixture is then shaped onto the Kofta skewers and cooked over hot coals. Kofta is generally served with pitas, salads, dips, and sauces. Our Kofta skewers are made from 4mm 304 Stainless steel which is food safe and dishwasher-safe.
