Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied a product can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Exchanges (Fashion, sportswear and shoes only)
The item must be unworn and unused (other than trials) with the original tags still attached.
Packaging should be returned in an undamaged condition with the item.
Certain products are excluded and may not be returned, including:
- Products received older than 30 days
- Products that have been open, used or are missing any parts or accessories.
- A product where the customer has already registered the warranty.
- A beauty product or fragrance which has been used;
All returns are subject to quality checks.
