Glitter Glaze:
– Harlequins Glitter Glaze is a simple and fun way to brighten up and sparkle walls or furniture. It is easy to use and the funky colours makes it child’s play to apply. Just let your imagination run wild! Furniture:
– Ensure you have correctly prepared the piece of furniture leaving waterbased paint as its base. Experiment with different colour based paints as every colour will give you a different look.
– Using a good quality brush ...apply your Glitter Glaze in a random crisscross brush stroke.
– Make sure you don’t apply too much too soon as we recommend 2 to 3 coats application, 4 hours between coats, this will ensure a uniform finish.
– Allow 4 hours between coats.
– Once you have the effect you are looking for, allow to dry. Walls:
– Ensure the wall is clean, dry and painted to the base colour you require.
– Using a good quality brush apply in a random crisscross action the wall or walls.
– Apply 2 coats allowing 4 hours between coats. Fun Ideas:
– On walls you could paint the Glitter Glaze in stripes.
– Vertical as well as horizontal, in fact why not diagonal?
– For the furniture, you could use different colour base coats on the drawers and apply the same Glitter Glaze for a great effect.
– You could paint stars on the ceiling of a child room.
– Try painting the inside of a lampshade, watch it sparkle when the light is on.
– Stenciling is still a great way to decorate.
– Using a stencil brush lightly dab your Glitter Glaze over your stencil. What’s in the box
